This Sales Account Manager role requires a consultative seller with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and experience selling to corporate buyers. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with IT managers and procurement teams, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Identify and qualify new B2B leads in assigned territories.
Present Diversified’s product and service portfolio to IT managers and procurement.
Prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations; follow procurement cycles.
Manage account relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware supply, projects, and AMC agreements.
Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions and ensure smooth handover post-sale.
Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline data and forecast.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
3 to 6 years sales experience in B2B technology, system integration, or IT distribution.
Proven track record closing projects with IT decision makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with field sales and business travel across UAE.
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience 3+ years in enterprise B2B tech sales; experience selling AMC, networking, servers, or security solutions preferred.
