Terms and Conditions
Terms governing use of the Diversified website and general information published before a specific quotation, order or service agreement is accepted.
Last updated: 15 September 2026.
These Terms and Conditions govern use of diversifiedllc.ae. A quotation, purchase order, statement of work, service agreement, SLA, AMC, licence or other signed commercial document may contain additional terms. Where a specific signed agreement conflicts with general website information, the applicable commercial agreement governs that transaction.
1. Website information
Website content is provided for general business information and enquiry purposes. Product availability, specifications, source, condition, warranty, lead time, price, service coverage and implementation scope are confirmed in the applicable quotation or agreement and may change without prior website notice.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a form, email, WhatsApp message or other enquiry does not by itself create a contract. A commercial commitment arises only when the relevant quotation, order, payment terms, scope or agreement is accepted through the applicable business process.
3. Products and third-party technology
Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Product compatibility, licensing, warranty and support conditions can vary by model, manufacturer, channel and configuration. Customers should rely on the specification and commercial terms stated for the actual order.
4. Services and project scope
Implementation, support, maintenance, digital and consulting services are delivered according to the agreed scope, responsibilities, assumptions, access requirements and acceptance criteria. Timelines and response targets apply only where they are documented in the relevant agreement.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices, taxes, currency, payment schedule, delivery charges and any recurring fees are defined in the applicable quotation or invoice. Website content should not be interpreted as a standing price commitment unless expressly stated in a valid commercial offer.
6. Returns, cancellations and warranty matters
Return, cancellation and warranty handling depends on the product or service, manufacturer/distributor conditions, product state, order status and the terms accepted for the transaction. The applicable quotation, invoice or agreement should be reviewed before placing an order or authorizing work.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, graphics and Diversified brand materials are owned by or licensed to Diversified. Third-party trademarks, software, documentation and media remain subject to their owners’ rights and licence terms. Website content may not be republished or commercially reused without appropriate permission.
8. External links
The website may link to third-party websites and platforms for information, maps, communications or social media. Diversified does not control those services and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Availability and security
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or complete security cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, change or withdraw website features when required.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diversified is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or from third-party platforms. Liability associated with a specific product order or contracted service is governed by the terms of the applicable commercial agreement and mandatory law.
11. Governing framework
These website terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable to Diversified FZE LLC in the United Arab Emirates. Contract-specific jurisdiction or dispute provisions may be stated in the relevant commercial agreement.
12. Contact
