Limitation of Liability
Diversified provides products and services “as is” and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the specific order or service at issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable free zone regulations.
Licensing & Intellectual Property
Software and firmware supplied by Diversified are subject to vendor license terms. You must comply with all third-party license agreements. All intellectual property rights in software, documentation, and proprietary tools remain with their respective owners. Customers receive only the rights expressly granted in the relevant license or purchase agreement.
Product & Service Compatibility
Products and solutions are designed to work with commonly used platforms and technologies. Compatibility can vary by firmware, OS, or third-party systems; customers should confirm compatibility before purchase. Diversified can advise on integration requirements but is not responsible for incompatibilities arising from unsupported configurations.
Delivery & Installation
Hardware deliveries, installation scheduling, and service start dates are subject to stock availability, accepted purchase orders, and agreed timelines. Risk and title for physical goods pass as specified in the sales agreement. On-site installations follow a mutually agreed plan and acceptance test. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, vendor lead times, or force majeure.
Ownership & Warranties
Ownership of goods transfers according to the sales contract and payment terms. Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware; Diversified facilitates warranty claims but is not the manufacturer. Service deliverables and custom software are subject to the agreed terms and acceptance criteria in the contract.
Platform & Browser Compatibility
Web portals, dashboards, and online tools provided by Diversified are tested on current major browsers and modern devices. Performance may vary by browser version and device. For best results, use the latest stable browser releases and supported operating systems; contact support for specifics on platform requirements.
Updates & Maintenance
Hardware firmware and software updates are released to improve security, compatibility, and performance. Diversified recommends timely updates per vendor guidance. Emergency patches may be applied for security reasons. Update schedules and responsibilities are set out in the applicable support agreement or purchase order.
Support & Service Levels
Support options, response times, and coverage are defined in our Service Level Agreements (SLA) or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). For support requests, use the provided support channels. Out-of-scope work, on-site time, spare parts, and third-party charges are billed separately as specified in the agreement.
Pricing, Payment & Changes
Prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise and may be subject to VAT or applicable taxes. Diversified reserves the right to update prices due to vendor changes, exchange rates, or material cost fluctuations. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and late payment consequences are set out in the sales contract.
Refunds, Returns & Dispute Resolution
Refunds and returns follow our Refund Policy. Hardware returns may require inspection and are subject to restocking fees unless covered by manufacturer warranty. Custom services and software are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Any disputes will first be escalated through our internal process; unresolved matters are governed by UAE law and may be referred to the appropriate UAE or free-zone dispute resolution forum.
